Session Recognition Pattern

Pattern used to detect gateway session IDs in card descriptions and comments. Voice sessions show a recording player; chat sessions display the transcript.

Outbound Calling

Enable outbound calling from card details. A call icon will appear next to the selected custom field containing the phone number.

Initiate Outbound Call

Select the custom field that stores the phone number to call.

Outbound Call Flow ID

The ID of the gateway flow to use for outbound calls.

Outbound Call From (Phone Number)

The caller ID phone number for outbound calls.

Enable outbound email from card details. An email icon will appear next to the selected custom field containing the email address.

📋 Session Sync (Virtual Cards)

Display gateway sessions as read-only cards on this board. Sessions are fetched live and not stored in the database.

📅 Google Calendar

Enable 2-way sync between this board and Google Calendar. Meeting-type cards will sync automatically.
